Does Vulcan offer only wide-fit eyeglasses & sunglasses?
Vulcan Eyewear is currently focused on the wide-fit / longer temples market but we will be offering standard fit as well beginning in Spring 2021.
What are your fees for shipping and returns?

What is your refund policy?
If not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 45 days of receipt by contacting [email protected]
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes 3-4 business days to make single vision lenses and an additional 3-4 business days for the order to arrive.
It can take 6-8 business days for specialty lenses to be made and you will be notified if this is the case with your order.
How can I request warranty support for my frames?

How do I provide you my prescription info?
After making your purchase we will contact you via email and you will be given three options to provide us your prescription.
- Upload a picture of your prescription to our website (fastest option)
- Email us a picture of your prescription to [email protected]
- Have us call your optometrist.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an automated email at the time your order ships along with the tracking #, provider, and a link to track real time.
How do I use my Vision Insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider, which allows your Vision Insurance provider to reimburse you after the purchase. Please contact [email protected] to request an itemized receipt of your order to submit to your Vision Insurance provider for reimbursement.
